PROJECT HOPE Our Project Hope campaign began the week of October 3. For three weeks, students can bring in money. Each $1.00 earns them a leaf or fruit symbol that they can put on their grade level's tree. Let's watch our tree orchard grow! |
Hats For Haley A HUGE thank you to the entire district for their support for the Hats for Haley project. Because of your efforts we were able to raise $2,986.52 for the family. Welcome!
For those of you that have been to my website, this is a big change. I have found that my role of an inclusion special education teacher is evolving into more of a resource room teacher. Therefore, I will not be posting the assignments that are done within the general education classrooms. Please refer to your child's homeroom teacher's website for them.
I am teaching students that qualify in reading and/or math within my classroom. I am using the SRA Corrective Reading Program.
Currently, my 5th graders are involved in pilot online math tutoring. Based upon their initial assessment, I am supplementing the program by teaching skills that are a weakness. I am also providing two 30 minute sessions per week on Study Island.
My 3rd and 4th grade students are receiving math instruction in general education using the Saxon Math series. Please refer to the above tabs for more information about these programs.
